Falha grave no geeks toy

Bom dia a todos.

Ontem aconteceu-me uma coisa no geeks toy que me fez perder algum dinheiro.
Estava de madrugada a fazer trading nas corridas de cavalos como muitas vezes faço, e entrei numa corrida em lay a um determinado cavalo para ganhar um tick.Mas a aposta não entrou, pois no geeks toy não tinha entrado a aposta.
Sempre que faço uma aposta, na escada vemos os segundos que faltam para a aposta entrar e nesta situação não apareceu nada. Mesmo depois de ela entrar aparece a nossa responsabilidade e os nossos ganhos provaveis,mas no geeks toy não tinha nenhuma aposta aberta.
Como pensei que a aposta não tinha entrado cliquei mais 3 vezes e nada. Desisti daquela corrida pensando que não tinha feito aposta nenhuma,fechei o mercado e fui para outra.
Qual é o meu espanto quando olho para o meu saldo e tinham tirado o dinheiro dos lays que fiz!!
Fui ao timeform ver quem tinha ganho a corrida e foi esse cavalo em que eu tinha feito lay, e que pensava que a aposta não tinha entrado.
Conclusão fiquei sem 70% da minha banca sem saber!!
Alguém me pode ajudar nesta situação? A quem devo reclamar?
O dia tinha corrido mesmo bem e fui perder 4 vezes mais daquilo que tinha ganho ontem,á partida por uma falha muito grande do programa.

That would be me.  Sorry to hear you lost out there.   

We have never had a report of what you describe before, but the Betfair API has had a new release recently and there have been some issues reported with it, so we can't rule out an error on Betfairs side.

Should this happen again in future, some things to check that will help to track the error down.....

1.  Check your account balance in AGT, has the bet amount been deducted from it?

2.  Close & Re-open the market.  Does the bet then show?

3.  Open the market on the Betfair website.  Is the bet showing there?

If you can answer the above questions when if it happens again, note the time & bet references and we will investigate this with Betfair.

Hi Geeks Support,

When this happens I open the market on the betfair website and they show the bet, but dont show on AGT.
And I close and open the market more then once and no bet was shown. With this I think I have no bet.I only see that the bet was processed because I see my account balance on AGT, and then see on betfair on the market page.
On AGT I dont have any bet but on betfair site I do.
I dont use betfair page to bet, I only use AGT and on AGT I had no any bets open.
This is very serious. I lost 130€ on this.And now?

pode ser falha da net ou da API da betfair. as vezes as apostas tambem nao me entram mas sei que é da net dai estar a dizer issoLer mais

Da net não foi porque as páginas do browser abriam sem problemas, e como disse anteriormente  sempre que meto uma aposta na escada do geeks  aparece o tempo que falta para a aposta a entrar. Das três vezes que cliquei não apareceu nada. Se tivesse perdido 5€ ou 10€ ainda era naquela,  mas perdi muito  mais.  Ler mais

.... with your Betfair user name, the market name and the bet IDs of the bets that didn't show we will pass the data to Betfair to see if they can identify any error with the API at the time.

However as the previous poster said....

Nem me vou dar ao trabalho de escrever em inglês...
Isto é muito simples, nesta situação foi o programa que falhou. Na betfair as apostas foram correspondidas, e no Geeks não. Mas foi no geeks que eu fiz as apostas. Se eu estou a utilizar um programa que é pago e nesse mesmo programa não aparece aposta nenhuma é fácil perceber que foi o programa que falhou.
O minimo que podiam fazer era reconhecer a falha e não fugir. Em muitas vezes defendi o geeks toy neste site, mas neste momento não o posso fazer.
Vou ter de procurar outro software que preencha os meus requisitos, pois não posso dar-me ao luxo de isto acontecer outra vez e ficar sem mais 100€. O dinheiro custa a ganhar.

Whilst I appreciate that you are angry at losing money, you have yet to prove us that AGT was indeed at fault, and acting with a hot head is not going to help track down the problem.

Just because the bet was placed at Betfair does not mean that Betfair sent that bet info to AGT via the API.  { And if Betfair doesn't tell AGT, then AGT can't tell you. }

Another forum member has also informed you that a similar thing happened to him with another product, but yet you have already made up your mind that AGT was at fault.

There has not been a similar report of this to date, and at this point we only have your word that you have lost money, and can not prove to us that AGT was the cause.

So the best we can offer you is to investigate this with Betfair for you and see where that leads.  If you don't wish to do that, there is nothing else we can do for you.
